- You can receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) online!
Save time, stay organized and reduce clutter by getting your EOB online instead by mail. The paperless online EOB is safe and secure and provides the same information in the same format as the paper EOB that you receive in the mail. You will be notified by email when you have a new EOB to view. To get started, visit Caremark.com to register. You can opt in or opt out of paperless online EOBs at any time.

2 Members have a choice to sign up for automated mail order delivery. New Medicare regulations require all Part D plans to obtain patient consent before each delivery of new or refilled prescription. The typical number of days after the mail order pharmacy receives an order to receive your shipment is up to 10 days. Enrollees have the option to sign up for automated mail order delivery. If your mail order drugs do not arrive within the estimated time frames please contact us toll-free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our contact information is listed under the “Contact Us” tab above.
